Behind the scenes, Master Patissiere Neil Thornton has been adding his touch and designing cakes for over 17 years. After studying patisserie in 2001, Neil went on to work in London’s finest establishments before taking on Le Papillon. His attention to detail, creativity and positive outlook makes designing your cake a simple and enjoyable task.
